TODAY'S COOK: Chicken and ABTs

Was inspired to cook on multiple eggs again after being at the Eggfest yesterday, so here's what I cooked:

Thighs with some Alamo Salt Original:

ABTs with taco meat inside with cream cheese, and sprinkled with some Jamaican Firewalk for just another level of heat:

Chicken and ABTs were hit with some hickory smoke during the cook. Here's my plate, going clockwise from the corn:

Corn, chicken thigh, some filet mignon with Japanese vegetables in a teriyaki sauce, jasmine rice, stir-fried chinese vegetables with shrimp, and an ABT.

    Hey did you cook that on your new Large and table. Looks good. Could you send me the instructions and recipes for the pork you cooked yesterday at the Texas Eggfest. And if anyone wants to know it was AWESOME.

    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.
