Dear wife has to work this weekend (labor and delivery RN) so she couldn't accompany me to the Texas Eggfest, again but hey someone has to pay for the grub for me to cook on the Egg
 . So for Mother's Day as she slept, because she has to work again tonight, daughter and I made her dinner. Son cut the grass  .
Made thick cut pork chops t-rex style, veggies(red potatoes, carrots, celery, and onion). Baked a pound cake in the house oven for her to take to work and share with her friends and Dear Daughter wanted make her some chocolate covered strawberries (she is only 7 and has eaten most of them  ). Son bought her a Starbucks giftcard and coffee mug, (he is 18).
Hope all the Moms outh there head a great day and will have an even better tomorrow.

Nice cook. By the way our 18 Year old is rarely here long enough to get him to cut the grass. He comes home to get money, sleep and to eat Egg food. There was a rare sighting today however, he was here, ate lunch with us and hung out here a while until he went to work at 2:00.

Great looking cook. Dontcha hate it when you spend a huge amount of money on a Wolf and hardly ever use it?

Yea LittleSteven you got that right. It does make a good holder for all the pans and racks that I use on the egg after they are washed and before I take them back outside. Told the wife about two months ago if I would have found the Eggs before we built the house I would have passed on the Wolf. Not to mention the price of the vent. But it is an awesome cooking utensil in its own right!

AlwaysGolf,
It is too. Really serves as a great platform for your egg photos. They are great.

Way to knock it out of the park Alvin...Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

Thanks Mickey. Have you fired up that new large yet. Had a blast hanging out on Saturday
