Getting ready to do a couple of pork loins on the egg...been off the forum for awhile...I'll try to do better!

I would do them 350-375 indirect, high in dome and pull around 140F. Time depends upon size.

I have them bacon wrapped with cream cheese and peppers in the middle...thanks for the info!
