Morning All:

Decided to go with burgers tonight.

First you start with a nice fire...


Next you add some cheese...


The two on the left are for my mother (nothing more than salt & pepper) with a slice of American. Mine are in the middle, DP Cow Lick and RichardFL's Pepper Blend then a slice of Asiago. EggHatter's on the right, DP Cow Lick with a small piece of Asiago under a slice of Swiss.

Next add all the toppings and dig in...

to make a long story short I hope that some day you will try a "Gebby Burger" topping of 1 slice of hot pepper cheese + one slice of Swiss cheese + 1 slice of American cheese + grilled onions. Trust me, Jay that rocks!

Nothing beats a good burger. Well maybe, but those look great. I got a brisket on sale for a buck a pound just waiting to be ground into burgers.
