These were by far the best ribs I have ever made or tasted. Thanks to gatorbaits rub & EmandM's sauce. I will say I was a little skeptical with the sauce due to the oyster sauce in it but man I can't say enough. Thanks. Oh, and we have a Lodge Cast Iron outlet near us and I thought these would compliment my egg.

That sauce is great. The whole family liked it better than buddys and the color was nicer. They tasted it before they knew what it was. The oyster sauce does something to the taste, something good of course.

My wife loves cast iron, it keeps me in line plus it was our anniversary, guess I got the better end.
