Today I cooked a 5 lb roast beef, inspired by the following post from Chef Arnoldi:

I went out and bought a flavor injector, and injected a mix of red wine, soy sauce, and garlic powder. I also used DP Dizzy Dust on the surface. Seared at near 600 for 3-4 minutes per side, let it rest as I put in the platesetter and brought the temp down to 350. Cooked to an internal temp of 140 (will try 135 next time). Also cooked a couple of acorn squash that had brown sugar and butter melted inside.

Does it get tired hearing new egg owners that this was the best [insert item here] they have ever cooked?

Tonight's dinner was GREAT!
