Morning All:

Somehow we forgot we had gotten turkey breast last week. We had put it in the outside fridge to thaw and until this evening forgot it was there.

Covered it was some butter mixed with Pensey's Fox Point Seasoning, put on the Egg indirect at a dome temp of about 375, added a couple of chunks of cherry and after a couple of hours we have this...
