I couldn't find any good size butts, so I had to settle
for two 4-pounders. I've never done small ones like these.
Can I put them on at midnight and let them go for 8-10
hours, or is that too long?[p]Thanks,[p]Chuck

GaDawg, I egged a 4.5 pounder a while back. The cook time was about 18 hours as I recall; I egged it at 240 degrees to an internal temp of 200. As with everything else on this terrific smoker, it was eggsquisite.
