Anyone ever try Bad Byrons on anything besides pulled pork. Doing some pork tenderloins and wanted to use a couple of different rubs.

I like it on ribs and Pork Loins with 1/3 of a cup brown sugar added to 1 Cup of rub.

That is a good all purpose rub. Good on ribs, briskets, pork butts, etc.

I find it a little too salty on pork loin, but it is also peppery as well. I like the idea of adding other spices or sugar to it to help minimize the salt like "Don Marco".

There is a grocery store down here that sells all kinds of stuff pre rubbed with it. They have everything from burgers to porkchops to buts and ribs. You can put it on anything. even peanuts.

visit their site and you'll find several recipes. I like Grillmeister's recipe, mix with turbinado sugar and use on wings.

how do you change the actual web address to a descriptive name?

Speaking of which, Bad Byron's sells peanuts with the rub on them and they're great. I have tried putting the rub on plain peanuts, and they're good, but nothing like the ones Byron sells.

I like it on chicken, ham sammys, tator tots, french fries, green beans, just to name a few.
-
My butcher rubs it under the skin of split chickens, vac pacs them, and sells them as "oinkin chicken"!
They are terrific! -

Hi Always golf
I have tried bad byrons buttrub, good
but very salty in my view. Have tried numerous seasonings and come back to myron mixons, jacksoldsouth, Lottabull, and I find
the BGE seasoning is excellent too.

YES - BBBR is my fave on wings. Simply spray with pam, dose with Bad Byron's, raised direct at 325 for an hour and 15 min. Freaking awesome with or without sauce.
My daughter LOVES it on brined boneless, skinless chicken breasts too. I have to admit, it's probably the best preparation of an otherwise flavorless cut of bird I've had.
I think the chipotle makes it yum! -
My memory of BBBR is salty/garlicy......makes sense.....the real question is has anyone used that cheddar cheese sprinke on meat?
