Working graveyards tonight but got up a little early burn a couple ribeyes for the wife for valintines day and stuff a few porkchops for work tonight. We have been having a guy from another unit filling in for my friend and co worker who is still at MD Anderson being treated for cancer. They are bring up his unit Monday and this is his last weekend with us and since all he has been able to do is smell my Egged food I did up some chops for all three of us tonight. First the raws.

Center cut chops I pocketed and stuffed. Saltaed some fresh garlic, rosemerry and capers in a little EVOO with salt and cracked pepper. Miced a little aundui I had smoked earler, maple ham, bread crumbs, parvalon cheese and alittle EVOO and red wine vinigar to slightly moisted the mix. Combined all ingrediants and stuffed the chops. Cooked direct at 300 rotating rack every 5 min. and flipping twice with presimmon.

Marinated wife's stake in Dales and DP's Redeye Express. Cranked her up and got'er done as I was running late by now!

Not bad for two hours sound asleep to at work cook from scratch!!

Thanks Sparky. He has about 3 more weeks of chemo and radiation but they are giving him 80% cure as hard as they are hitting him. "Only" 49 and strong as an ox and so far no feeding tube but the cancer is in tonsels an a lympnoid so eating is hard. He's hanging tough and trusting God. Told him 6 years ago when he had appendix cancer he was a goner and MD and the good Lord had him cured for 5 years. He's really an incredable up beat guy. Don't think Gods quite threw with him yet!
Sorry about your friend. Lost one of mine two years ago to lukemia. Hardest funeral I been to I think but then never been to a good'un. -
Stuffed chops making me drool :woohoo:
did you make the cupcakes, too?

Nope none yet but don't expect any for two more days. My personal bathroom is now the "lab" and as I was taking care of busness today I added a few drops of SINK WATER on top of the seed soil to slightly moisten them some more. Patiants!!
