I saw where you tried this out and cooked indirect at 350 degrees for a hour and a half.Did you put the breast in at the same time or wait twenty minutes or so to put them on the Egg?I tried it in the oven and it was great but the thighs and legs were not quite done to my wife's taste buds.

I think I just did leg quarters and I take them to 190. -RP

Thanks Randy.I will give it a go and put the breast in after the first twenty minutes of the cook.Was thinking on using two Polders to do this and pull the breast when it comes up to temp but it would be better if you could pull it all at once.I just hope the breast will crisp up.Keep you posted.

I would pull the breast at 160, but I like the texture of the dark meat at 190-200. That is a pretty tasty chicken recipe. -RP
