Not sure on what it was, but had great flavor. Also did up another weeks supply of ABT's


Now just waiting out the storms that are headed this way tonight and tomorrow.

Oh yeah, I actually know where Lonoke, AR is!! Used to hunt between Lonoke and Stuttgart. Nice little corner of the world.

They are called chuck eye steaks. It is a piece of the rib eye where it meets the chuck. One of my favorite steaks.
