Tonight was baby back ribs with a favorite dry rub, some kosher salt for dimension and good ol'yaller mustard for sake of bark. I served those ribs with 3 bbq sauces on the side left to warm to room temp so there was no way any extraneous heat might mess up the maker's intended taste. The favorite? hands down was Big'Un's Carnivore BBQ Sauce! And NO this was NOT a paid endorsement!!!

    I talked to BigUn on Thursday after I got back from China and my order wasn't here. Seems he never got it, long story short he is shipping me a couple of bottles and I purchased the ribe today. Can't wait to get a taste. He was great to talk to as well.

    What your favorite dry rub or is that top secret? I can't wait to try Carnivore on ribs. I'm hoping the weather in Milw. will be a little more condusive for egging when I get home.
    BTW- Where are your pics of the ribs?

    No pictures because somehow, someway, sometime about 4 weeks ago either Pat or I misplaced our camera! We never take it away from home and we've looked high and low. Nobody broke in and nobody could have stolen it! It's down right WEIRD let alone frustrating. I'm thinking of buying a new one, parade it around the house and extol its fine virtues and then MAYBE our other camera will come out of hiding and I can return the new one. Think it will work? :laugh:
