david burkes prime house in chicago has 75 day dry aged ribeye!!! anybody ever eat there?? anybody but stike ever eat any meat that old???

Found a del monico in my freezer that was 6-7 months old, does it qualified as aged?

have to ask stike for a ruling on that one... my take is it is just old not aged :laugh:

It was food saver sealed and EGGtastic.

That show was the inspiration for my attempt at dry-aging individual steaks.
Search for the thread: dry aged beef...myself.
Didn't work out quite as I had hoped.
Oh well...live and learn. -
My wife and I ate there, but it was for their "Dim Sum" brunch so no whole steak. The meal was fantastic and you can pay $10 for all you can drink Bloody Marys! :evil: I would definitely go back and try a steak.
