Need Joel Ferman's "Killer Hamburger Recipe"

Happy St. Patty's all. Hope someone can help me find a recipe for hamburgers posted by Joel Ferman(sp?). They had bacon and apple among other ingredients mixed in. I'm vacationing in Hilton Head with family and want to make them. Unfortunately I'm eggless here and am faced with using a gas grill (sorry) but I thought I make an effort anyway to prepare these tasty burgers. All help is appreciated.[p]Stuart
