Red Velvet Devil's Food Cakes with the "classic" Whoopie Pie filling of cream cheese & marshmallow fluff!!

MMMM...MMMMMM...GOOOD!!!



I say..."Make plenty of extra filling!!"
It comes in handy for use in "other activities" later!!

That is one of my favorite cookies. I still have to do the "old" filling of Crisco and sugar and whipped egg whites. just can't get used to the other filling :( with fluff. I might need to whip up some whoopies. Neil is doing neighbor hood watch and that will make him a nice snack when he gets home
