More Valentine's Day Dinner!

<p />Very interesting cook. I promised my wife that I would make dinner and I told a reporter from the Peoria Journal Star (or local newspaper) that I was doing pulled pork - got the two days confused :~{ [p]Guess what, we actually did both. At 3pm we setup the BGE for the pulled pork and on went the two butts. At about 5:45 off came the butts and on wen dinner and at about 8 the butts were back on the BGE. [p]Best part, the BGE hit 300 and never left the mark. Woke up this am to about 6-8 inches of snow! Late lunch of PP![p]A few pictures on the link![p]Life is definately good :~}[p]
