Just how many Max turkeys are being prepared today. :laugh:
Heres the Pod]
Dome temp...it seems to be cooking fast and so I turned it down a few degrees
And this is at the 3 hour mark....looking like a nice turkey. I have the daughter..and the baby due and her husband and my PA Ma and my lovey wife.

You can pull that pop-up timer out of the breast. That way you won't be tempted to wait for it to pop.
