General Tso's chicken wings

I make a killer General Tso's chicken and yesterday Richard Fl gave me the idea of doing the sauce as a bbq sauce. I cooked up the sauce and added chile flakes for heat.

Then loaded up the wing rack, one half with Ray's big time rub and the other with Shakin the Tree.

Cooked at 350 dome rotated the rack every 20 minutes.

When they reached 190 internal I sauced them.

The flavor of this sauce was really good, interesting because it had an Asian taste but still tasted like BBQ. I really liked it, Filly said it wasn't as good as my honey mustard wings. -RP
