To say it was a big hit would be an understatement. :woohoo:

It could have been a bit spicier for my taste, but my niece is a spice wimp and she thought it was perfect. The taste combination of the Great Northerns the Mexican spice, the pork and a hint of smoke was just wonderful.

Think I'll try it with the chicken, too. Might try it with pork and pintos, too. Great meal, great left overs and other than some chopping in the beginning, a pretty mindless cook.
