I cooked some'en: Easy bird legs & pineapple

Have to do the old graveyards tonight. Did a quick chicken leg cook with DP's Swamp Venum direct at 325 pit temp and then Jack Danials BBQ sause last 10 min of the cook at 400 to get a little char.


A little fresh pineapple slices marinated in brown sugar, terriakie sause and ginger.


And of course Jake approved (seeing as it wasn't his legs on the Egg!!
) with roasted okree and tomatoes

I like the chicken legs like that...the kids do, too. Although, they don't like the hot stuff like I do
