Last night's endeavour

Marinated Pork loin. The First mate came up with a package of Webber Black Peppercorn marinade and it was quite good, nice and peppery. Pulled at 145 came out nice and juicy with a touch of pink. Trying to get her away from wanting 160 deg. pork and I think it's working.
