Went to PNW Eggfest this weekend, which was totally awesome, and came home with a demo egg. WOO!
After getting home I realized that I think I didn't end up getting everything that should of. I'm going to call the dealer to track down everything.
I got the egg, the fire ring, fire box, the ash grate, cooking grid, and the green ceramic top.
I know I'm missing the dual function top/daisy wheel, as well as the green feet. Should I have gotten anything else?
Thanks!
John

Yep -- ask about the daisy wheel, and methinks the feel, also. IMO [and I'm not an expert!], ALWAYS use the feet under the egg. I learned the hard way, but fortunately, I got to the egg when the deck was but smoking [but after the big brick beneath had cracked into several pieces].
Manual... DVD...
All that said -- I use the plate setter all the time, as well as the cast iron grid.
Welcome! Enjoy! Post often!
