Abt's and acorn squash

Cubanelles stuffed with hot sausage and sharp cheddar and a couple acorn squash halves. Snow crab clusters were done on the stove. :ohmy: Too lazy last night to do them on the egg too.

looks great! man do i have a craving for abt`s.
problem is that i have not been able to find any
decent sized ones since early this year. none of the
grocery stores or markets at least around here have
any good sized ones. where are most of you finding
these now?

Cubanelles are sweet peppers. My wife and son won't eat abt's made with jalepenos, so I used sweet peppers and "heated" them up with the hot sausage. Mark

I live in Atlanta Suburbs and bought some HUGE Jalepenos at Fresh Market. These guys were 4" or so.. Took 2 slices of bacon to even wrap as fully as below..They were good..
