Does anyone know if this business is still viable? I spoke to John over 2 weeks ago and ordered a Stoker. It was supposed to ship thee following Monday. I never received it. Never got an email, phone call, no contact whatsoever. Every time I call I get a non-descript answering machine. NOT a business answering machine. I've gotten no response from emails either. I really like the PC connection available with the Stoker and I have no problem waiting if I get any kind of response from them. That being said, I will get the BBQ Guru if I don't here anything soon. Thanks for listening to my rant

Just a heads up...

I know someone here posted about his Heart Attack...so he was "a little busy" you might say!

I spoke with him recently and he's on the mend...feeling better, and in catch up mode albeit a little at a time!

As of now...I think he's in cardo rehab, (of some sort) 4 or 5 times a week.

I know it's frustrating...but hang in there if you can and I'm sure you'll hear back soon!

He's a good fellow, with a great product.

I got mine a few weeks after his heart attack. You calling during west coast hours? I know I have never had an issue getting ahold of him.

On a side note, you will love the stoker. Be sure to get Stoker Log. Great program.

Knowing what's going on makes it a lot easier to wait for it. I only got concerned when I called and got the non-descript answering machine instead of something saying like " you've reached Rock's BBQ. We can't get to the phone right now. Your business is important to us please leave a message"
