Yea I know I said I wasn't cooking anything till first of the week but couldn't help my self. I missed my Egg and all the Egg goodness it imparts!! :laugh:
Salmon fellet in EVOO, limon juice, dill weed and Old Bay seasoning at 275-300 with raised grill direct for about 15 min. till fish started sweating oil. A little presimmon wood for smoke, some fresh basted squash from the garden with a cribbian red also from the garden and some sundryed tomato floritean rice.
Jake,as you see, is still alive and kicking! ;) Got to get my double expresso done and off for graveyards.
