MAPP Tourch won't light

I have a bernzomatic TS4200 and it won't seem to start with the nozzle on. I can take the nozzle off and its starts fine but with it on, no dice? Any ideas?

Nozzle plugged? (Warning: I know next to nothing about MAPP torches!)

Nope. I can light it with a lighter and it works fine.

OK - no spark from the spark-maker-thingy? Told you I don't know what I'm talking about! I'll shut up now and let torch folks jump in.

When I have the nozzle off I get spark and flame. Nozzle on, nothing.

I had a similar problem with mine. I had good sparkage and gas was flowing but it would not light, even with a torch lighter.

I tried to blow through the nozzle and no air would pass. Some kind of bug had completely filled up the neck and nozzle with what looked like packed pollen. A stiff wire was necessary to clear the blockage.

thing happen to mine. A dirt diver made a nest in mine had to get a welding rod to clean it out.
