Well after 4 tubes on the bike they finnaly got one to work and I got it back on. All looks well for Tuesdays launch!! B) Worked off at 4:00, got up at 9:30 and got to be back at work at 4:00 in the morning but did a quick cook just because.
I coated mine with Dizzy Pig Dizzy Dust on skin and of course under the skin to get all the flavor. The wife wanted my bbq sause on her's with a little Dust on the skin.

Work at a chemical plant. 12 HR shift work. All kinds of nasty stuff like 100% pluse H2SO4 and such. As you see, I never ask how afford a place like you have recycling alumnium cans off the road side!!

As Dad says he handles Jake with a set of leather gloves, net and baseball bat!! ;) They are not on the best of terms. Jake is used to being out all day and when we go on vacation he only gets out an hr or so with my parents. When Dad tells him "pen" he doesn't want to go up and puncuated it last trip by taking a plug out of Dad's hand. Needless to say he was "convenced" to go up in the "pen"!!

Looking good on the cook there, buddy! Got my new Thermoworks MTC today--it's got the same probe as the Thermapen, but is removable, and the unit itself is pretty small. I guess that I can cook the food to the right temperature now, huh? :) Actually, I've been wanting one for a long time, but never could bring myself to spend that much on a thermometer. Well, after spending about the same amount on several different "instant-read" thermometers (they're really not...) I finally got one!

Good to hear that you got some tubes that work on the bike now. Hope your trip goes well. I'm already on vacation as of this afternoon--too much fun at work, I guess :) Gearing up for my sister and her family who are coming down this weekend to visit with their little kid. Gotta go grab some stuff to cook in the morning, then get some grass cut.

    Later!

I'm still in that denile phase with the pen. I look at the price and deny I need one! Like last night I was trying to use my Charm Glow remote Thermometer like a Pen. Not real fast reaction time! You have been racking up on toys with Rig, Small and now this. I've been racking up on bike tubes!!! :pinch: Hope ya'll have a good visit with the kinfolk. Its 3:00 and work loomes near!
