Dad's Day Cooks

I had some family to my place for the weekend. Did Carne Asada Tacos Sat. Then a stuffed pork loin for Sunday afternoon at my Dad's.

Cooked on the cast iron grate for just a couple of minutesa on each side-

Pork Loin stuffed with Kielbasa, portabella Mushroom, Carrots, onion, Granny Smith Apples and wrapped in Pepper Bacon

Pulled at 140.Wrapped in Foil, towels and in the ice chest for 2 hours and it was still hot enough to serve.

    Both look terrific! Nice little smoke ring on the stuffed pork loin.
  • Pics look great, we did some carne asada on the grill that my girlfriends friend picked up at a Mexican meat market, already marinated. It turned out awesome, the steaks were probably only a 1/4" thick and took about 30 seconds a side. They were wonderful, you just reminded me we should do that again. Yours look great though!!
