I am just cooking regular stuff most of the time. I have a spatchock chicken on the small, with fish to follow. Treats for the week! Going to do a pizza on the large on dinner. I have 3 things that I want to try "the chicken" , fatttie & Bananas foster. What fun! -

Looks like you got it down.
I have tryed a lot of ribs but BB's are my favorite. Try them with a sweet/spicy dry rub some time. Great eather way!
