Spring Hen and I will soon be joining our neighbors at John Henry's store for another one of his classes. This time: Salmon, Red Snapper, Flounder and Shrimp. We're really curious because he will be cooking on different cookers, including the Egg.

The last time we were there for a class he did a whole pig, not something we would likely do in this lifetime. But Salmon, Snapper, Flounder and Shrimp is very easy to do on the Egg. We just want to do it better.

We'll probably come home with an arm full of spices and sauces, and maybe even another item or two from his freezer.

Anyway, it is certainly a good way to pass the day.
