Had company all day and no time for the forum. Sorry! Beat me for it  . My local butcher was out of St. Louis style ribs but had some baby backs so snaged them. 280 degrees as I was running late. Two hrs indirect, one hr foiled, 45 min indirect again. Changed my rub a fuzz and added good amount cracked black pepper to go with the brown sugar, ginger, red pepper, chillie powder and pepprica. Coated b4 palcing on grill to start, then flipped every hr and recoated. Put the rub in a shaker and just shook on them after initial coating. Also sprayed with Turkey and Coke each turn b4 coating with rub. Must say best ribs yet. Tryed to break just picking them up. Alittle no knead bread and pineapple upsidedown cake wife made and my ridding partner and his wife was impressed! Also late on spring pics so hears one or two.
