Or his chicken any way! :laugh: Just put it on at 275 degrees as I don't want it to cook to fast. Got to get up at 2:15 for work so a few "adult" beverages EGGing is my last enjoyment for the day! Only thing differant I did is didn't have any celentro so used a smaller amount of my home grown tarrigon and some ground ginger. Post as it progresses. 45 min. into cook and remote in so I don't have to watch them.

170 internal in the thigh and pulled them. Perfect for me but still a little pink in the joints and wife prefered them cooked alittle longer. Taste great and will do a whole spatchock bird soon. Once again thanks Fidel!

Yeah, with the Egg, I go 190-200 with dark parts, moist and crispy. -RP

Looks nice. I can't take the credit for that recipe. It was 90% someone else, I just tweaked it a little.
