It's a Jerky kinda day at the Inferno

Today is the first day of the kids' Spring Break. They need some high protien snacks and I need to smoke some meat! This is my old favorite with teriyake, ground ginger and a bunch of other peppers, finished off with kosher salt and tons of fresh black pepper. The cut is eye of round. Scott

What did you do, cut that length wise? I haven't made jerky for so long. :(

Hi Mike,
As you can see, I'm still up to may same old tricks. Yes, I had the Publix butcher slice it lenthwise on a slicer. Although the pieces are rather big now, I cut them with scissors once it's done. Working with big pieces at the beginning simplifies it for me.

Neither can I bro. Very frustrating. The pic is 800x600 pixels, so I dont know what the deal is. CWM and Rascal can obviously see it. Sorry.
