ya'll are welcome anytime down at vinny's! it's not far from the valley, huff... so you have no excuse. vinny's talking about doing steak night for the next wednesday night bistro.

we are also talking about a mini eggfest down at vinny's instead of my house. he's got the infrastructure and it'll be a lot less work for me

pizza on the grill? unheard of!

with those thin crusts, we can put them out every 12 minutes @ 450 degrees dome

no smoke, just left over lump. had some trouble getting to over 400 because there were so many small pieces, but after a few vigorous stirs with the ash removal tool and some poking with the wiggle rod, she cruised at 450 for about 3 hours

vinny gets those thin, frozen crusts from his food pusher.

open freezer, find box, take out crust, build pizza. i might look at making some crusts down there if people order, but for now, it's just too easy and quick to use the premade.

that's marinara sauce, mozzarella, parmesan, pepperoni, sausage, onion and or mushroom and or banana pepper, italian seasoning, ground chipotle peppers from my garden last summer and or red pepper flakes.
