How long for Mr.Toad's Pork Loin?

Picked up a 4-5llb roast and plan to make Mr.Toad tomorrow for some friends that are coming over to watch some hoops. Anyone have an estimate on how long this should take to cook?[p]Mark

    Mark, of course it depends on the temperature you're cooking it at but at 325-350 it should take about 30 minutes per pound to get to medium (160). I'd say give it 2 1/2 hours at 325.
