Suddenly can't log in

I've been able to log in since the beginning but now when I try to log in I get a popup saying

Your registration process is not yet complete. Please check your email for further instructions.

And I have not received any email with further instructions.

What do I need to do to restore my ability to log in?

[EDITED TO ADD] I see that my signature is still automatically added to the posting. I had to upload my avatar again as it apparently got lost. Is there anything else I need to redo?

I'm not aware of any profile loses during the registration process. Did your avatar disappear?

W, Yes, it apparently did disappear. I uploaded it again a few minutes ago and now, as you say, it appears to be working fine.

Any idea why I suddenly could not log in? Was there something I might have done wrong?

Also, now I have to continue clicking on control and + to increase the font size. Before it seemed to stay at the larger size automatically. Why am I having to continually do this now?
