Can't Activate Profile

When I try to activate my profile, I get two choices -- I select the radio mutton that I want to activate, click "activate" and then am just taken to the home page. Any ideas?

    I just sent out a profile activation email to the address in your profile. Please check your email and see if you can get through the process. You may need to check for SPAM.

    If you have trouble with the link in the email, try cutting and pasting the link into your browser instead.

    Let me know if you can get through the process.

    I also cannot activate my profile. I added a password. But the activate button at the bottom of the page does not function. The cancel button beside it does work.

    EggEd was my handle on the other forum

    I am on an iMac using a Safari browser
