I don't know if you remember but you gave some great instructions on an overnight butt recipe a week ago....and let me tell you I followed if verbatim and it worked like a charm. Began at 9:00 pm and after fiddling with the vents for an hour or two I went to bed. Awoke a 8:00am with the temp holding strong at 220. Wrapped it in foil at about 2pm and pulled at 3:30 to eat at 6:00. WOW!!
Stogie and all of y'all out there...thanks for advice. This is one mean group of cooks on this site. I'm not an active participant in the forum but when I drop in it's always been more than worthwhile.
