Spring Chicken

[p]And here it is with two half-pound 80/20 patties. (Just barely got 'em on the grid)[p]
[p]So if you are looking to increase the number of Eggs at your house, consider the Mini. It's everything everyone says it is and more.[p]Spring "Spring Hen Did Good" ChickenSpring Texas USA

Spring Chicken,
The first cook I ever did on any egg as a Mini. Just like you I was very impressed. Try a Trex steak on there, two NY Strips should fit just right. On a Mini they are fabulous. I'm glad you made it home safely. I've driven that stretch many times and the idiots on I=10 never cease to amaze me.[p]Mike

Spring Chicken, Looks nice! It must heat up in a heart beat! Is that about a 12-13 inch cooking surface?[p]Rascal

Spring Chicken,[p]Looks good! It's about the perfect size for a single steak for TRex-ing, wouldn't you say? I was trying to judge how big the grid is by looking at the burgers you had in the picture.[p]Thanks,[p]-Mike[p]

Spring Chicken, and they say you can't teach old dogs new tricks. See why we like that Mini! I probably use it more than all my others combined.

Spring Chicken,[p]What is that gray thing encircling the mini? LOL!! Mine hasn't looked like that for quite awhile. Those burgers sure look good!!

Spring Chicken,[p]Lookin' good. Lookin' REAL good. Don't you just love her?[p]Cheers,[p]TRex

Spring Chicken,[p]I just knew you would love it. I love mine too.[p]If only I could fit my 7qt. dutch oven on it I would have my ham and bean soup going on the mini. It is a real nice addition for quick cooks.

Spring Chicken,
Way to go Leroy....when you do decide on a stand, the chiminea stand works great on the mini...now try ya some sliders...[p]Wess

Thanks, JF...I've just added it to the list of "Things I need to pick up this year." Just trying to figure out where I'm going to put it. The LBGE, and soon to be XLBGE will be OK in their nests, but the Mini?[p]I may have to invest in a table of sorts to house the eggs.[p]BTW, the food looks excellent on the Mini, especially the tenderloins. I'm already thinking about the possibilities...[p]Thanks![p]-Mike[p]

Spring Chicken,
My mini gets more work than the other two loafers.
Both of the tax exemption's are away at College so it's usally myself and the wonderful wife. Mini is great for two people (or chickens).
