Mini's First Cook, and Stone Claws

[p][p]Easy little beast to get up to temps and a great little cooker. Mashed those stone claws cold and served with some remoulade and a baked tater. Now I'm going to pass out in my recliner.[p][p]

Looks great. We went out to eat tonight at Longhorn Steak House. Normally I like the place a lot, but was disappointed. My mother-in-law was also disappointed. She is used to the egg. The Desert pear margarita was worth the crappie steak.
