Pork Chops and Hop n' John

If you are like me and always looking for a good BGE idea, I highly suggest what I did tonight for supper (didn't get a chance to take pics, but will again soon) I grilled bone in pork chops rubbed with Tsunami Spin and a big pot of Hop n' John. For those that aren't familiar with it, Hop n' John is a mixture of black eyed peas, stewed tomatoes, and jalapeno peppers. I finished it off with an ice cold Corona Light, and it was one of the best suppers I've had in a while. I highly suggest it.[p]Hub

I thought Hoppin' John had rice, but I'd be glad for a recipe. I love good beans. We do pork chops with Red Eye Express, love it.
