<p />If you want to make pizza, you will want to use a peel to get the pie in and out of the BGE. I made some peels of my own because I couldn't find any in stores that had a straight edge or were as wide as I needed. (I used to bake a lot of kaiser rolls on a stone in my oven, and needed a wide peel to get 3 of them in and out at a time.)[p]I've added a page to my website on how to make your own peel. It's a fun, relatively simple project that allows you a little bit of creativity too![p]TNW

    The Naked Whiz,
Handy as you are, there might be a buck to be made in peels sized to fit the various Eggs. (If you'd want to give it a shot, let me know what you'd want for one to fit the large.)

    BlueSmoke,
Back in my younger days, I made 5 or 6 and tried to sell them in a craft show environment. Couldn't sell a one. Harumph... I still have them in my attic. Anyone who wants to come to Raleigh, NC can have one free. I'm not sure I'd want to have to ship them due to their size.[p]TNW

    The Naked Whiz,
Well, it's a long ole way from Denver to Raleigh (can't get back home before dark... :-)), so I'm gonna have to pass. If I were nearer, I'd make the trip just to see your cart.
