Another round of rave reviews for the Big Tom Turkey I cooked the day before the party (nephew's wedding rehearsal dinner), which was complemented by Gretl's fabulous Bourbon Dijon Glazed Salmon...and I cooked two big filets right before the guests came, so those fishies came off the Egg just right. Thanks to all the Eggers...again for help and support. BGE probably picked up 3 or 4 future customers after this blast. Shouldn't they be sending us our stock certificates soon? Big Murth
