Pre-assemble ABT's?

I am trying ABT's for the first time tomorrow, I've searched the archives for lots of hints, etc. I'll be using pulled beef as the meat, which I made just like a Butt using 5" thick cuts of pot roast. I'll get around to posting that cook one of these days, it was a huge hit.[p]Anyway, can I assemble the ABT's tonight and cook them tomorrow afternoon?[p]FossilPeddler

FossilPeddler,
I do it that way all of the time.

FossilPeddler,
The thing I like about assembling ABTs in advance is it allows me to wolf them down in a clean kitchen. It's even easier if you put them on a grill topper as you assemble them; they go right from refrigerator to grill.[p]Ken
