Thanks so much!!! you are the MAN!!!! One last question - after checking out your pictures and the recipe from a couple of years ago - I didn't see any of the bisquick mixture - did you just add cream cheese to the jalap and wrap in meat???[p]CampyMan

hahaa!
thirdeye taught me this recipe...[p]i didn't use the bisquik or anything but pure sausage.[p]i cut off the end of the pepper with the stem, cleaned out the seeds and veins with a metal 1/4 tsp measuring spoon,
stick in the end of a toothpick on the other end of the pepper to make a way for the air to be forced out as you stuff the open end with cream cheese. i put roasted garlic and minced shallots in the cream cheese.[p]enjoy![p]
