JJ's direct method of cooking ribs.

I had been using the rib rack, indirect heat and loin back ribs with mixed results. This weekend I tried JJ's method with excellent results. I used the biggest pork ribs I could buy from WalMart. I marinaded them for four hours with a Wickers kind of wash. Cooked for the full four hours. The meat fell off the bone. Thanks for the very detailed instructions!
