but I prepared the ABT's and will cook tommorrow. I put sausage mixed in with cream cheese then used my cake decorating skills (just kidding) and cut out a ziplock and filled the suckers up. Hopefully I didn't screw up by preparing them first then cooking tommorrow.

    I use a Cookie Press to fill the ABT's with various fillings
    such as cream cheese and pulled pork, or small, cooked shrimp,
    along with more diced chiles in adobo sauce, etc. Forget the
    cake docorating skills and us the tools to expand your
    capabilities. Enjoy!

    that's how i do them when i mix the cream cheese with crab, since the mix is chunky.[p]

    If I am cooking for a crowd, I do my ABTs early and warm them up in the oven. That frees up the egg for more cooking. It works just fine.
