I did these today for Father's Day. They were awesome!!! These are a definite do again. I'm thinking they would be great to do at Eggtoberfest. Those along with the BBQ Bean Chile Rellenos were a great meal. I get to cook for Father's Day :-) Any other eggers out there like that? Sorry no pics today. The batteries on the camera were dead.[p]John

    JM3,[p]Yep, yummy Rib Eyes, Baked potatoes, Baby Bellas, Roasted Veggies (Yellow Squash, Zuccini & Red Bell Peppers) and, oh yeah, Grilled whole Vadalia Onions! [p]Funny how prior to Eggin' the wife used to slave over a hot stove for me and make all my favorites for me on Father's Day. Now I INSIST on doing all the cooking on the Egg which is a wonderful thing![p]
