A friend of mine, Tinman, gave me a bottle of Big Bib Gibson's white sauce. I've never used this before, but have heard about it. I plan to serve it on the side with some spatchcocked chicken tonight. Should this be warmed up prior to serving or is room temp the way to go?
Thanks, Bob

    bobbyb,
Don't warm it. Cook your chicken and dunk it in it right when you pull it off the grill. Great Stuff!

I make my own and think it's better or as good as Big Bob's but my sister still tell's me she likes Gibson's better. No need to warm it up. It is very easy to make though. Mayo, cider vinegar, white vinegar, lemon, salt, pepper, Sugar in the raw, and a little cayenne.

Just to report back after the meal. I quite enjoyed the white sauce, nice vinagary taste. Must say my wife didn't like it. Oh well. I'll work on her.
    Cheers, Bob
